Wage advances with no interest and no fee, ever — drawn against wages you've already earned.

of your weekly net pay, available in seconds.
No fee, no interest, ever — under any circumstance.
Repays itself from wages on your regular payday.
HAVN's earned wage access feature is not a loan, a line of credit, or any other form of credit facility. It provides early access to wages a member has already earned but has not yet been paid. HAVN does not perform a credit check, and access is not reported to consumer credit bureaus.
HAVN does not charge interest on earned wage access, under any circumstance. HAVN does not charge a fee — mandatory, suggested, or otherwise — for accessing wages already earned.
A member can access up to 30% of their earned wages for a given week, across a maximum of two draws per week. The amount available at any point is limited to wages the member has actually earned so far that week — access cannot be drawn against wages not yet worked.
Example 1: A member earns $673 across the week. Their maximum access for that week is 30% of $673 — $201.90 — available across up to two draws.
Example 2: Partway through the week, that same member has only earned $100 so far. The most they can access at that point is $100 — the full amount already earned. Whatever is accessed is deducted from their remaining 30% limit for the rest of that week.
Amounts accessed are repaid automatically from wages on the member's regular payday. HAVN's earned wage access is non-recourse — if wages underlying an access do not materialize as expected, HAVN does not pursue repayment through collections, debt collectors, wage garnishment, or credit reporting.
